First on the Edwards Plateau since 2001 and the first record for Real Co. Found in vegetation growing in the water near the edge of the creek.

This location is on private property. This is at the same area as the record dianaterryhibbitts posted a few days ago at: http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/646119 We saw two males on this occasion but could not find a female, but it was quite windy. We are hoping there is a small breeding populatioon at this location. This species has only been recorded 6 or 7 times in the United States
