male. We saw perhaps a dozen of this species at this location. First record of the species in Hays Co., as far as I am aware as well as one of the most western records in the U.S. It will also be posted to OdonataCentral. This population discovered by beschwar, benhutchin and greglasley.

ID confirmed by John Abbott and Greg Lasley. With Greg Lasley and Ben Hutchins. This is apparently a significant range extension for the species and the first record for Hays County, Texas. This is the same individual as iNaturalist observation http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/2009444
