Ranunculus abortivus (Littleleaf Buttercup) is a species of biennial herb in the family Ranunculaceae. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Canada, Alaska, and The Contiguous United States. They have yellow flowers and achenes. Individuals can grow to 2.8 feet.
