"Not 100% confident of ID. Possibly the olive-bellied sunbird (N. chloropygius) which occurs on forest edges (like the road this observation was made on), but N. minulla (according to Borrow & Demey) has a ""bluish-green"" rump which I think is visible on the photo of the bird in flight."
