Summary[edit] Description: Another new sighting for me - though its a common bird in the forest areas. Here it was on a perch, watching a spider and its large cobweb. I thought it was trying to catch the spider, but boy I was so wrong. A birder pro later informed me that the bird was after the cobwebs which it uses to build its nests! Many thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Please stay safe and healthy. Date: 18 July 2020, 11:13. Source: A Black Headed Cuckooshrike. Author: Hari K Patibanda.
