I was convinced this was a Spangled Drongo, but now I'm wondering if it's a Racket-tailed Drongo that's regrowing its tail. The exaggerated crest is definitely close to the pics of Racket-tailed Drongo's I'm seeing, but then there's the tail, and very faint suggestion of speckles on the chest.
