I saw a pair of fantails, one a young pied phase bird (photographed) and the other a black phase bird, foraging together in the trees and around the eaves at the southeastern side of the Burns building.

If you peer closely at the middle of this photo, you'll see a pair of pied phase fantails. On my weekly run this week, I saw/heard three fantails: these two in Ernle Clark Reserve and one in Ashgrove Reserve.

It was in the morning at around 9am. There were a lot of fantails flying and singing on the tree beside the water in the water garden in Botanic Garden. I cannot find the name of the trees, would somebody like to help me identify the tree, please? thank you so much!

When passing by a bushy area round Lincoln carpark, two fantails (one of is male could not tell another one) were playing and singing on this shrubs. It seems that they have a lot fun that they did not notice us until we stopped and took photos of them.
