Growing inside a giant barnacle shell

Found growing on bottom of aluminum can at bottom of harbor.

Have no identifying information on what this mollusc was, except that it was incredibly thin, and appeared to be two individuals stacked on one another, which is typical of the jingles in the Atlantic. However, these were much larger (~2 in across).
