Sillago sihama (Northern Whiting) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family smelt-whitings. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are carnivores. Individuals are known to live for 7 years and can grow to 29 cm. Reproduction is iteroparous and oviparous.
