Most likely Crepidotus nephrodes, but I'm not 100% sure. The brownish gills suggest that it's a Crepidotus and not Panellus species.

From the brown of the gills, I'd say this is a Crepidotus. If I had to guess at a species, I' lean towards Crepidotus nephrodes. These look a lot like the ones we found at Governor's chair.

A widespread species with oyster-like habit, but with brown spores and likely poisonous. It goes by several names, including Peeling Oysterling and Flabby Crepidotus.
