Summary[edit] Description: Indian chickweed, Mollugo cerviana, senescent plant after summer rains, Crystal Peak, White Mountains, elevation 1585 m (5200 ft). In the White Mountains this species appears only briefly after heavy summer rains. This year I was almost too late. This was the only plant I could find that was not completely dried up.
