_MG_3102 I was surprised today to see this I thought at first it was a dobsonfly but it looks like an ant lion as it has no mandibles and the short antennae, I see ant lions here fairly often but they are normally an 1-1.5 inches long this one is nearly the same length as a green darner, For reference the fibers you can see wove in this panel run around 4-5 per inch any ID help, My estimate this one to be over 3 inches long and I have never seen one this large before. John Abbott confirmed the ID for me today
