Fraxinus nigra (Black Ash) is a species of tree in the family Oleaceae. They are listed as threatened by COSEWIC. They are native to Eastern North America, North America, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have white flowers and samaras. Individuals can grow to 65 feet.
