I saw a Jackson's Chameleon climbing down a small tree on one side of our backyard. Then I saw it marching through the grass in a very determined fashion to another tree on the opposite side of the yard. It traveled about 75 feet in a couple of hours. After reaching the second tree, it started heading for the higher branches.

Juvenile Jackson's Chameleon observed in the backyard of our home. We saw many adult Chameleons in the same area, but it was rare to see the juveniles.

This chameleon was walking across the black and yellow nylon rope in our backyard. We noticed how it adapted its coloration to match the rope.
