Female. Length of body 2.0 mm. Antenna with scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 1–2 yellowish-brown, flagellomeres 3–6 pale brown. Mandibles and palpi yellowish-brown. Head including lower face black and shiny. Vertex smooth and shiny. Occipital margin with a weak carina behind ocellar triangle. Mesosoma black and shiny. Scutellum convex, 1.0× as long as wide, with very weak engraved reticulation, posterior and lateral margins smooth. Dorsellum anteriorly with a groove that is divided by longitudinal carinae, groove medially 0.3× as long as length of dorsellum. Propodeum smooth; anteromedially with a transverse semicircular cup that has posterior part strongly raised; propodeal callus with eight setae. Legs yellowish-brown. Fore wing: costal cell on margin with two setae close to marginal vein. Gaster with anterior ½ yellowish-brown with dark brown lateral margins, posterior ½ dark brown. Ratios. HE/MS/WM = 1.3/1.0/nm; POL/OOL/POO = 4.0/3.0/nm; OOL/DO = nm; WE/WF/WH/HH = 1.0/6.3/7.3/5.7; WH/WT = 1.2; PM/ST = 1.3; TS1/TS2/LT/LT1/LT2/LT3/LT4 = 4.0/2.0/7.6/2.8/1.4/1.0/2.0; LP/WP = 0.9; MM/LG = 1.5.
